<description>In my experience, conducting the study and recording the data is half the effort. Then comes the chore or reporting it in a format that works for the intended audience -- often developers who want "proof". This is, of course, exactly why we use Morae.

Regarding reports, Morae Manager installs with a sample Usability Test Report, and Usability.gov also has samples and a step-by-step process to follow (see http://www.usability.gov/refine/prepusareport.html). You can use those as a starting point for your own reports.

I just read in the Morae newsletter that TechSmith is conducting a 30-day challenge to take you from zero to a finished report in a month. You get a personal tour, and brief, step-by-step e-mails from TechSmith staff. There's also a discussion forum to share your expeiences with others (see http://forums.techsmith.com/forumdisplay.php?f=35). I'm joining the challenge to see how I can improve my own use of Morae.
