		<description>Hi Bruce - I love the way you think. Your post is spot on and highlights a very real problem in the PM world. We're still searching for silver bullets in forms of tools/proceses/methodologies/frameworks/etc., but often it's a combination of changing our own behavior, as you said, and finding the right tools to help us do our job &lt;i&gt;without&lt;/i&gt; changing things for the sake of, uhm, simply changing! Save the silver bullets for the werewolves and let's get down to business!

BTW - Thanks for referencing my post on change. Though I can't take credit for the image I certainly love what it has to say!</description>
