DevOps Engineer
LiquidPlanner is hiring a developer who is passionate about IT operations to own and grow our infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure 24×7 performance and availability of our Ruby on Rails web app
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation (e.g. provisioning; configuration management; deployment)
- Maintain and enhance our operational monitoring and metrics
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years experience with configuration management (such as Chef or Puppet) and monitoring (such as Nagios or Zabbix) tools
- 1+ years experience writing production code in a dynamic language (such as Python or Ruby)

Director of Product Services
LiquidPlanner is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company seeking an experienced, passionate manager to oversee all Product Services, including Sales, Account Management, and Support. The Director of Product Services will be responsible for meeting overall revenue generation, retention, and growth goals, while maintaining our very high standards for service quality and cross-team collaboration.
The ideal candidate is equal parts customer-focused and data-driven. Metrics, tools, and processes are extremely important in our business. To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in identifying, gathering, and analyzing the information you need to solve problems. You should also be able to switch gears from quantitative analysis to exploratory customer calls without blinking, and then be able to communicate what you’ve learned proactively and succinctly.
In addition to the above, the Director of Product Services will be responsible for:
- Finding ways to improve/streamline our end-to-end processes and drive those initiatives through from kickoff to completion.

Public Relations Manager
A critical role, this person will be responsible for the development, execution and measurement of all PR communications strategies, initiatives and tactics; drive the day-to-day activities; and ensure that metrics/results capture the goals and effectiveness of all campaigns and programs. The PR Manager is responsible for fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and serves as the primary interface between LiquidPlanners internal team and external resources. As part of the Marketing team, the PR Manager will work with the marketing team, sales/ support. and executive staff to define and execute our overall public relations strategy.
The PR Manager will be a key information source for all media contacts requesting data and insights, and will manage the development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external public relations strategies, with the goal of gaining recognition in the market, promoting our services, and establishing our thought leadership throughout our target customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of corporate press releases, by-lined and contributed articles, FAQs and scripts to support programs
- Develop media/ analyst briefings/messaging documents and host media interviews as required; work with internal spokespeople including company senior executives

This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will work across internal groups to achieve business goals and objectives. This role will lead Email, PPC, and online advertising.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy with little or no hand-holding

Account Manager
LiquidPlanner is seeking an experienced sales professional to be part of our growing product services organization. We’re looking for a person with a talent for driving sales by developing relationships with existing customers and helping them succeed. You must have a strong mind for technology and analytics, an interest in teaching, and knack for solving ambiguous problems. It’s a bonus if you’ve managed projects in the past.
You’ll be responsible for both retaining and growing large strategic accounts. You’ll also develop the initial processes, workflow, and metrics to support the Account Management function. Closely tied to sales & support, your work will also be intricately linked with that of the product development team and the marketing team, so you’ve got to be a team player.
Job responsibilities include:
- Ensuring large and strategic customer success through the ongoing process of check-ins, online workspace reviews, optimization coaching, and communication about product updates and capabilities.
- Using upsell and cross-sell initiatives to meet seat (license) goals and revenue retention targets for your accounts.

You’ll be part of a team that manages all sales and pre-sale support. Your work will be intricately linked with that of the product development team, the support team and the marketing team, so you’ve got to be a team player.
