Wishlist > Liquid Planner Pricing
Hi Lisa, thanks for the thoughts and your great support of our mission to transform project management.
We generally think of LiquidPlanner as value-priced given its feature set and the fact that relevant competitors charge 2x, 3x, or more. The real value is, of course, the end results in terms of productivity, peace of mind, and risk management. We find that for most of our customers the monthly seat cost is about 15 minutes of billable time and the fee is well worth it for better project results. For our small business customers, efficiency and collaboration are even more important because every minute of their time is essential and project failure is just not an option.
While we charge significantly less the other SaaS (Software as a Service) providers like SalesForce, I should point out that our business model enables us to provide real support at no charge and to invest in delivering new and innovative features, which we do about every 2-3 months.

I think you know that I am an evangelist for Liquid Planner. I've convinced dozens of people to at least try it out. But I am receiving LOTS of feedback that your pricing model is too inflexible.
I believe there is a large market out there for individual use of LP. So how about a $5/mo price that includes one person in one workspace?
Personally, I think you should simply scale up from there, $5 for each additional member in the workspace. If you're competing with MS Project, I can see your point that 1 year of LP costs less than a retail license of MS Project, but most people use their instance of MS Project for 3-5 years. At $25/person/year, many small businesses won't choose LP, and I think they should!
