Wish List Forum > Links to tasks in notification (DONE)

Hello There,

I use task notifications to be updated of changes that are happening on the project. I like the fact that I can see the communication, but I would love to be able to respond to this communication without leaving my email client.

Right now, to respond I have to go to the task and respond there. Ideally, each @name would have an email link that I could click on to respond to the comment.

I created a video of how this would work.

Thank you,
Taras

Hi Taras,

We will actually support this right now for full workspace members. We will be adding this feature to Project Portals in the next release. Each comment will have a [reply] link next to it, which will send an email. That email will get attached as a new comment in LiquidPlanner.

I think it should be very close to the video you attached.

i'm a full workspace member now.

What do you mean add this feature to Project Portals?

The email you were demoing in your video is one of the emails that summarizes portal activity. After the next release, that email will include a link to respond in your email client. There are other reports that you can currently subscribe to which already include this link.
