Wish List Forum > stop warning about closing tasklists with nothing to do

I just tried to close a task list. First, I got a warning: "This will close any contained items!" I said, "I don't care, I don't think anything in there is unclosed, anyway."

It said, "No! There are items you CAN'T SEE!"

So, I accepted the big red error box and unfiltered everything. The task list did, indeed, contain three items that were hidden... because they were all complete.

Why can't I just close the task list without *any* warning if there are no un-done items that will be marked done by doing that?

Yes. These unnecessary warning are incredibly annoying.

It should warn only if you are actually going to close a hidden task.
