Wish List Forum > Critical Path (DONE)

After creating a project and it's dependencies it would be great to be able to visualise the critical path in some way - red bars, or a separate view or filter?

Many thanks

Jon

Hi Jon,
We were talking about being able to visualize the critical path for any task a few weeks ago in the office. I think we may now be generating some of that data for debugging purposes already. I will investigate what it would take to present it in LiquidPlanner.

I'll go a bit further and state this is one of the top things we want to do in the schedule engine. As we approach the design of the feature; our goal is to embrace the ideas in the book Critical Chain. We want to make sure PMs can easily figure out the right points of the plan for project buffers and tracking buffers.
