Add multiple tasks

Bulk add for new tasksTo add multiple tasks at once (up to 20 at a time!), select “Add multiple tasks” from the add dropdown, like this:
Enter the task name, owner name, and ranged estimate of your work (from low to high). Here is an example:
In case that’s hard to read, it says: Update forum topics, Melinda, 1-2 Use this format when entering new tasks. Click [Ok] and you’ll see they appear in the same order you entered them under whatever item you had previously selected. Tip: If you’re entering all of the tasks into one project, create the project first. Leave it selected and then do a bulk add of your tasks for that project. That way they’ll automatically appear as children of that parent project. In case they’re not in the prioritized order you want them, you can then drag & drop them however you like. |
