List of Common Work Items

Some of our projects have work items that are common to various projects. Would it be possible to create a list of commonly used tasks that can then be checked off as applying to that particular project? This would make it easier to set up projects. |

You can build a set of tasks in Excel and then import that list. It sounds simplistic, but I’ve used it a bunch with several of our customers and it works really well. To read through the instructions take a look here |

Thanks. The instructions are fairly general. Are there any template files available for download—even for a look to see how one might set up the spreadsheet? |

Until Bruce whips something better up. Here is a very simple quick one for you:
Paste that into a text file, import it, and you will get 2 tasks assigned to Adam and Bruce. Of course you should probably use real people who have been invited to your space. |
