Search, Contact Info, Revision history, Last log-in

3 quick features I feel would be helpful:

1) Search: I’m sure people have already requested this feature

2) Contact info: Under the workspace members list it’d be nice to add contact info for each member (address, phone, fax, etc)

3) Revision history. Other PM sites have a great revision history connected to what would be the detailed notes section. The notes are hidden, but can be expanded by clicking on the title of the note left. The note is treated as a document. If that document is changed the name changes to [name]1.x You can click (revision history) to view each revision of the document.

4) View when someone last logged in.

1) It looks like you might have missed the search tab. We do search a little differently because you can search the whole space or use the quick filter controls to restrict your search.

2) Contact info makes sense, or at least a note field where you can add what you’d like.

3) We don’t keep multiple versions of the notes you can revert to. You can look at the history tab and see a retrospective view of the changes make to the item. We may consider this in the future.

4) We have this information; it’s a reasonable thing to add to the members tab.
