Forum OpenID & Login issues

When I signed up, I could not get the liquid Planner forum to accept my openid (through myopenid.com). Now I have an account based on my email address, but every time I try to log in I get a notice saying my userid and password don’t match, and end up having to reset my password. Any suggestions?

I think at the very beginning, there were some open id issues. We’re going to look at some way to get a single sign on between the LiquidPlanner app and the forums. Just to be clear you get these errors when you’re trying to log into the forums, and not the app right?

@ Adam aka Johnny-on-the-spot – I was unable to use openid with either the app or the forum and ended up giving up (although, I’m still holding out hope ;-). I am only having problems logging into the forum, but it is a problem every time I try to login to the forum.

Ok so here’s the deal:

LiquidPlanner App and LiquidPlanner Forums don’t share the same login information, so you have two separate accounts
LiquidPlanner App doesn’t use OpenID at the moment.
I’m working on figuring out how to get both programs sharing logins correctly, but at the moment, you have two which are independent, one for the app and one for the forums.

It will be nice to have a unified log-in. At the moment, I’m not having any problems logging in to the app, but have problems every time I try to log into the forum (I have to reset my password every time). Any suggestions?
