Why is work recorded on items I haven't updated?

LiquidPlanner automatically tracks time on your highest priority tasks (determined by the order they’re listed in the projects view). The system assumes that scheduled work is being worked on continuously. This guarantees that your schedule won’t stagnate, even if no one touches LiquidPlanner for a week (though we don’t advise this!).

Tasks marked with question marks have been automatically tracked. Keep your schedule up-to-date by reviewing them often to verify the actual work completed.

To update progress on a task, double-click it to open the detail pane at the bottom of the screen. To verify the assumed work, simply click “accept” in the work tab. To edit the progress on the task, click “edit” and update the work completed since the last update.
