It’s fairly big project and I don’t have a date for it yet. Best thing to do is create two workspaces (you can switch with the button next to the home icon at the upper left of the application). For the regular job, estimate in “full work days”. For the non-profit, you might want to set your availability to something small like 1 day or even 0.5 days per week.

Any new info on user rights? I would love to have Liquidplanner be a one-stop shop. I have a “work life” and another life related to a non-profit that spills over into work life (and vice versa) at least as far as my time is concerned. However, I don’t want the office to know, or care, what I’m doing (particularly since I own the company).

Your English is 100 times better than my Spanish. Thank you for this post. We are currently considering adding access controls.

Just to let you know, if another member does accidentially delete your tasks, you can go to the trash tab and recover them up until the space owner empties the trash. This could be weeks later. You can also select a task or project and go to the history tab to see who has made changes to it. You can not revert changes, but you can usually figure out things like estimate changes pretty quick.

Also note, when you mark a task done, it does not actually go away; it just gets filtered out. You can see it by changing the task filter from “active items” to “all items”.
