Exporting Collaboration Content From LiquidPlanner

You can export plan collaboration content from the Details view.  This includes descriptions, detailed notes, attached files, comments, and links. 

Note that this export is filter aware.  Before you start, be sure that none of the plan items you want to capture are filtered out of your plan.  For example, if you want to capture content from done items, be sure to set the state filter to “all items vs. active items”.

• Go to the Projects view and select the plan item you want to export.  (Project, folder, package or task.)  Note that the collaboration content for all “children” of the selected item will be exported as well.
• Click on the Details view, then click the more link in the header of the details page.

• Choose what you want to export.  Export Text is an html export which will not pick up any attached files.  Export text & files will give you a zipped file that will include attached files.

• Note that project plan data must be exported separately!
