There are a number of special tricks you can employ to find just the right thing. These will all help narrow your searches down.

Phrase Search

To search for a specific phrase, put it in quotes. For instance, if you want to search for Marketing Summary, and not all references to marketing or summary, then enter "Marketing Summary" in quotes.

Wildcards

You can also search for partial words by inserting an asterisk (*), for instance "boo*", would match both "boot" and "booking".

Boolean Logic

If you want to filter out certain words you can place a minus sign (-) in front of them, so to find all the tasks about marketing, but not about sales, you could search for "marketing -sales".

Caveats

Some words will not be included in searches since they are very common and occur in too many phrases to produce useful results such as "it" and "the".
