Keyboard Shortcuts
In the Projects page grid
- up – select previous item
- down – select next item
- left – collapse selected item
- right – expand selected item
- delete (fn+del on Mac)– delete selected items
- enter – edit selected item
- ctrl+enter – create new task
- ctrl+shift+m – add multiple tasks
- ctrl+shift+d – duplicate selected item
- ctrl+shift-0 – collapse all and reset filters
- ctrl+click – expand the set of selected rows
- shift+click – will extend the set of selected rows
- shift+up or shift+down -- will extend the set of selected rows
In the Edit Pane
- enter – save (when on Task Name field)
- escape – cancel
- tab – next field
- shift+tab – previous field
- tip: you can keep the pane open by clicking the push pin icon on right side of the pane
In the “My Timesheets” view (when editing a timesheet entry)
- tab/shift-tab – move around timesheet entry fields
- enter – save
- escape – cancel
In the “My Tasks” view (when editing an upcoming task)
- enter – save
- escape – cancel
Note: for Macs: Ctrl-Click should be Command-Click
