Selecting multiple items (to edit, delete, move, etc.)

Have several items you need to edit at once?  Want to see how your schedule changes when you move several tasks from one tasklist to another? Well meet multi-select, your new best friend.  

To select multiple items at once, hold down the ‘ctrl’ key as you click each item you want to select.  

Or, select a block of items by clicking the first item in the block and the holding down the ‘shift’ key while you click the last item in the list you are selecting. Then choose the operation you want to complete, whether from the add, actions, edit pane or right-click menu.
