Change History

LiquidPlanner keeps track of changes that are made in your workspace, and presents them to you three ways:

Change History for a Plan Item

Select any item in the plan, then click History in the view gallery to see the change history for that particular plan item:

Note that when you view change history for a container (project, sub-folder or package) you see only changes make to the container itself.  You don't see a rollup of changes made to items within the container. 

Workspace Recent Changes

Click on Settings > Extras > Recent edits to see up to 100 plan items that have been edited in the past ten days.  Click on the more details link next to each item to see the recent changes, and then click on full history to jump to the complete change history for that plan item. 

Notice that you can also filter this list to plan items that you own or watch by clicking the My Items + Watched button. 

Member Access Audit Log

Go to settings > Members and Access Controls > Audit Log to see the history of changes to your workspace members and portal guests.
