Printing a Schedule PDF

The PDF printout will capture the specific plan items that you are looking at in the Projects view when you create the printout.  If you want to print only a subset of your project data, apply the appropriate filters first.  

Click the View command menu, then Save PDF Snapshot.  Your schedule will open in PDF format for easy printing.
