Access Rules for Restricted Members

*Tasklist Rules

• Tasklists can be either public, or private to a specific client or project.  
• A tasklist created at the workspace root is public by default.  This means a restricted member will see the tasklist, but will only see the tasks therein that are associated to granted clients or projects.
• A tasklist created automatically along with a project is private to that project by default. This means that a restricted member will not see that tasklist, nor any tasks therein, unless that member has been granted access to the project.  
• A tasklist created within another tasklist will inherit the public/private status of the parent tasklist.
• A restricted member will see only tasks that are within a granted client or project, and within a visible tasklist.
