Members & Access Control Settings

The Settings > Members & Access Control area is your command center for all things related to member access. 

Member List

• View all members of your workspace, including virtual members and portal guests
• View, resend and retract pending invitations
• View each member's last activity date
• Disconnect members
• Links to each member's availability and access level settings

My Settings

• View and edit your own profile settings

 Member Access 

• View and edit the access level for each workspace member
• View and edit the specific project access for any restricted member

 Project Access

• View and edit the complete list of people who have access to any or project. 

Portal Control

• Enable a portal for any project and manage the portal settings
• Send an invitation to a first-time portal guest
• View and edit the current guest list for any portal

Audit Log

• View the history of access control changes
