Converting a Virtual Member to a Real Member

Workspace owners and co-owners can invite a new person into a workspace to take over the role (all work) of a virtual member.  This is done via the Members tab. 

Under the virtual member's name you'll see a link that says invite a new workspace member to fill this role. 

Clicking the link above will bring you to a standard invitation page where you can add the person's email address.   Just click "send" (or "proceed to checkout" if this new member will put you over your current paid seat count).  

When the recipient receives the email and completes the activation process, he will become an active member of the workspace.  All of the tasks that previously belonged to the virtual member will now be owned by the new member.
