Your Security is our Top Concern
What does that mean? We take steps every day to ensure that your data is protected, backed up, and always securely accessible to you and your trusted team members.
Here are the highlights:
- LiquidPlanner maintains it’s own data center located at Adhost, a world class co-location hosting provider located in Seattle, WA.
- All data is backed up using 448 encryption by Adhost to support datacenter disaster recovery.
- All access by workspace members is password protected and member email accounts are verified.
- All data access to your workspace is encrypted over the internet using SSL encryption.
- Our technical support staff can only see your data if you explicitly grant LiquidPlanner permission via your workspace settings.
Content delivery optimization services from Akami ensure great performance globally- We use high-end Dell Servers and operate under an industry standard architecture with built-in hardware redundancy to maintain data integrity against hardware failures.
- We have service agreements with Dell for hardware replacement within 4 hours under normal operating circumstances.
We do not hold your data hostage. We have three forms of data export; you can export the projects and tasks as a CSV file, you can export all timesheet tracking as a CSV file, and you can export collaboration content and files.
Browser and OS Compatibility
LiquidPlanner is supported by released versions of all modern web browsers (IE 7+, Firefox 2+, Safari, Chrome) on all operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux). Special plug-ins are not required.
Patent-Pending Scheduling Engine
LiquidPlanner schedules like no other project management tool on the market. Using a combination of ranged estimates and statistical roll-ups, plus a unique method for displaying uncertainty in a schedule, LiquidPlanner gives teams never-before-seen insight into the relative probability of completing tasks or projects by a certain date.
Ruby on Rails Development
LiquidPlanner was developed using the Ruby on Rails web stack and a healthy dose of Javascript. This gives LiquidPlanner a rich, desktop-like user interface and cross-browser support on all modern web browsers
