A Housewarming Party for LiquidPlanner Support
**This post is now partially out of date – please click here if you’re interested in our Support resources: Learning & Support. We ARE still hosting our User and Feature Request forums on Zendesk. The information below with regard to those is still current.**
LiquidPlanner Support has moved, and we’re excited to welcome you to our new home. Please come in, look around and enjoy your visit!
As of August 1st, we have moved all of our support resources to a new LiquidPlanner Support Site hosted on Zendesk. You’ll find the same great resources that you’ve come to rely on: help guide, training videos, online classes, user forum and developer API resources.
You’ll also find that we have added a few additional features to spruce up the new place:
Feature Request Forum
Bear with us while we backfill this forum with all of the great feature requests that you have already submitted. In the meantime, please jump in and add your own, or note your vote of support for any of theexisting feature requests. We’ll do our best to keep you updated on the status of all feature requests via this forum.
Submit New Support Requests
Use the Submit a Request link to create a new support ticket. This new option is available to you in addition to the old stand-bys: email firstname.lastname@example.org, phone us at 800-971-1601 x110, or use the Help & Support link within your workspace.
Check on Your Support Requests
Use the Check Your Existing Requests link to sign into our ticketing system and view the status and notes on your existing support tickets. While you’re there, you can also add comments to your tickets.
Joining the Party
Most of the features on our new support site are available to you without logging in. You’ll need to log in only to post on the forums or check the status of existing support tickets. If you plan to do those things, just click on the login link in the upper right of the site to get started:
Your LiquidPlanner workspace login and your old forum login are not automatically valid on this new site. Sorry, we hate to be so inhospitable, and we’ll work on making this more user-friendly as soon as possible. In the meantime, you’ll need to create a separate Zendesk login.
We hope that you enjoy our new home, and we’d love to hear your feedback. We’re already drawing up blueprints for the expanded growth of our support offerings, so please don’t be shy about telling us what you’d like to see!
