On October 4, you’ll notice some significant updates to your LiquidPlanner workspace—and we think you’re going to love them! These changes will affect the way you work, so we want to give you the details ahead of time.
To streamline your LP experience, we combined the most-used features from My Work and Home into one starting point: Home. On this new Home tab, you’ll now be able to access comments, timesheets, view activities happening across your workspace, and more.
With Home and My Work combined, this new tab will become your LP home base. This is the one place where you can stay up to date on conversations and recent activity, focus in on your most important to-dos, track time and even review timesheets all from the same location.
- New navigation: We’ve enhanced usability by changing the icons in the left navigation to text labels. This added clarity will make it even faster and easier to find what you need.
- Comment stream: This is similar to the comment streams you’re used to, but better. We’ve added a convenient counter to let you know how many new comments have been made @you. You’ll also be able to jump between your comments and those happening around your workspace. Additionally, you can filter your comments to see just what’s important to you.
- New Activity Stream: You’ll now be able to see an Activity Stream of recent events that are both connected to you and connected to what’s happening around your workspace. Way better than standing around the water cooler.
- Management links: Now managers can seamlessly jump between reviewing and exporting timesheets from your teams. Note: This category is hidden to non-managers
