LiquidPlanner Makes Planning Faster, Easier, and More Efficient

New York, NY – November 11, 2008 –  LiquidPlanner , the first online project management software that enables teams to capture and manage uncertainty, today introduced a slate of new features designed to help teams be more nimble, spend less time planning, and get more done. With today’s release, LiquidPlanner provides teams with advanced functionality that mimics full-featured desktop applications but delivered via their Web browser.
“The Web platform has come along way in just a short period of time and users now expect a robust, full fledged software experience to be delivered via the browser,” said Charles Seybold, founder and CEO of LiquidPlanner. “Our product roadmap is determined exclusively by our community of users who actively participated in LiquidPlanner’s development since day one. For this release, our users wanted features that would help them be more efficient so they can spend less time inside the project plan and more time achieving their project milestones.”

Some of the new features included in this release include:

  • E-mail Integration – Adding tasks is easier than ever. Simply enter the task name, owner, and estimate in the subject line of an email and send it to a custom LiquidPlanner email address and it is automatically added to a user’s plan.
  • Multi-Select – Just like a desktop application, users can now select multiple items and edit, move, or delete them with a mouse click.
  • Right-Click  – Any item can now be right-clicked to find a menu of the most common operations in LiquidPlanner, such as adding or deleting items, filtering by view, and printing a schedule.
