I think the answer is a resounding “yes.” LiquidPlanner has been designed with a strong set of principles as a guide. We turn to them when we develop new features and improve existing ones. We turn to them when we answer the question, “What makes you different?” We share them with customers in hopes of getting them think about how they’ve always done things — and consider whether there might be a better and easier way.

They’re been influenced by leading thinkers like Steve McConnell and Jim Highsmith, our collective real-world experience managing complex projects, and feedback from customers using LiquidPlanner on the ground.
