Last night, at the Westin Hotel in Seattle, the LiquidPlanner team was honored as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2014. The night was filled with photo booths, a great dinner and a grand awards ceremony.

The evening kicked off with a video showcasing all of the 100 companies that were on the list, accompanied by hoots and hollers from teams as they saw their name up on the screen. There was an especially funny video of CEOs sharing their first job experiences and dishing on their worst bosses. Later in the night, Seattle band, Pickwick, gave a surprise performance and then the awards for small, medium and large business categories were announced.

And who was the judge of this event? The employees! LiquidPlanner was among thousands of employees who rated their places of employment in an anonymous survey that focused on 10 categories. Some of the top companies included: Limeade, Zillow, EveryMove, Brooks Sports and Artitudes Design.

Overall, the event was a great success and it was fun to be surrounded by so many great companies that truly value their employees. We’re already looking forward to next year!
