Schedule Control

Project Managers have schedule control. They set priorities, target dates, limits and dependencies that work with the scheduling engine to keep everyone aligned. Schedule bars show how remaining work is tracking against targets. Alerts point out schedule risk when you're in danger of missing a target date deadline.
